What does a coach really do? This is how it's different!

“Coaching is the art and practice of enabling individuals and groups to move from where they are to where they want to be.” Gary Wood

The question I get asked most often is, what does a coach do? And second, is it kind of like counseling? So here we are to clear up the waters!

Here's a quick run down of coaching vs. counseling, mentoring and consulting.

So…why would you want a coach?

Coaching will help you see your real potential. It makes you aware of and challenges your limiting beliefs and helps you move past them to achieve all the things you really can achieve.

A coach provides accountability and encouragement, along with asking questions to make you think through parts of your life, future, and goals you’ve never spent much time on.

A coach is 100% for you and YOUR dreams. The coach has no agenda.

A coach comes with the mentality that you have everything in you to accomplish the vision you have for your life. And you do.

How could a coach benefit your future?
